This photography book chronicles the rise of the Benjamin brothers, Ron and Vaughn who spearheaded the band Midnite, from 1989-2015. The Midnite era themes: Biblical references, the ancient African, the enslaved African, the colonized African,  and the conscientious.

Since the passing of Bob Marley of Jamaica, a band named Midnite, emerged from the island of St. Croix, USVI with powerful and uncompromising Rastafari reggae rhythms and lyrics and blew a crater in the reggae musical landscape of its time. Captivating audiences with a blend of styles, the band planted the seeds for what will be remembered as the Midnite era. This photographic journal/historical document,  provides a context for what will surely be their long lasting legacy.
