Since the passing of Bob Marley of Jamaica, a band named Midnite, emerged from the island of St. Croix, USVI with powerful and uncompromising Rastafari reggae rhythms and lyrics and blew a crater in the reggae musical landscape of its time. Captivating audiences with a blend of styles, the band planted the seeds for what will be remembered as the Midnite era.
